UK Shipping Only

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Processing & Dispatch Time

 

All orders are handmade and carefully prepared. Please allow 3–5 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) for your order to be processed and dispatched.

During busy periods such as seasonal launches, holidays, or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

 

Delivery Address Responsibility

Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is accurate and up to date.

Cece’s World is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by address errors
  • Additional postage costs required to resend returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, redelivery costs will need to be covered by the customer.

 

Shipping Options & Costs

Shipping prices vary depending on the delivery service selected at checkout, including:

  • 1st Class / Next Day (where available)
  • 2nd Class
  • Tracked or Signed For delivery

We strongly recommend selecting a Tracked or Signed For service. This provides better visibility of your parcel and makes it easier to resolve any delivery issues.

All delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delivery delays once your order has been dispatched.

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • High seasonal demand
  • Weather conditions
  • Operational delays within the postal network

Once your order has been handed over to the delivery carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

 

Damaged Items During Transit

We take great care when packaging your order. All items are securely wrapped in protective bubble wrap, and parcels are clearly marked with fragile labels to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

However, once the parcel is in the hands of the courier, any damage caused during delivery is outside of our control.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging (showing any damage and fragile labels)
  • Clear photos of the internal packaging
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Proof of purchase 
  • Provide your order number
  • Provide your tracking details

This information is required so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, raise a claim with the delivery provider.

 

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please:

  1. Check your tracking information (if selected)
  2. Check safe places around your property
  3. Check with neighbours or reception

If your parcel still cannot be located, contact us and we will assist you in accordance with the shipping service selected at checkout.
